Morning: Arrival in Guwahati
• Welcome to the Northeast! Meet our team at Guwahati Airport (before 11 AM).
• Begin your scenic 4-hour drive to Shillong, the Scotland of the East.
Afternoon: Umiam Lake
• En route, pause to soak in the serene beauty of Umiam Lake (Barapani).
• Perfect for your first Insta-worthy photo! 📸
Evening: Shillong Check-in
• Check in and relax at your hotel.
• Free time to explore local markets (if time permits).
Morning: Breakfast & Departure
Rise and shine with a hearty breakfast before departing for Cherrapunji, one of the wettest places on Earth!
Mid-Day: Laitlum Canyon & Mawkdok Viewpoint
Stop at the majestic Laitlum Canyon and Mawkdok Viewpoint for breathtaking views of the valleys.
Afternoon: Cherrapunji Exploration
Discover Nohkalikai Falls, Arwah Caves, and (time permitting) the Seven Sisters' Waterfall.
Evening: Check-in at Cherrapunji
Check into your hotel/homestay and enjoy the evening amidst the clouds.
Morning: Early Start & Trek Preparation
Start early with breakfast. Drive to Tyrna Village, the base of your trek to the Living Root Bridges.
Mid-Day: The Trek & Living Root Bridges
Trek down (and up!) 3,500+ steps to reach the magnificent Double Decker Living Root Bridge 🌿
Afternoon: Natural Pools & Return
Swim in nearby natural pools, interact with locals, and embrace Meghalaya's raw beauty before trekking back.
Morning: Mawlynnong Village
After breakfast, drive to Mawlynnong – officially Asia's Cleanest Village 🧹
Afternoon: Single Decker Root Bridge & Balancing Rock
Visit the Single Decker Root Bridge in Riwai, and marvel at the mysterious Balancing Rock
Mid-Day: Dawki & Umngot River
Head to Dawki for an experience straight out of a fairytale! Enjoy boating on the transparent waters of Umngot River (30-min boat ride included) 🛶
Evening: Camp Stay & Bonfire
Cozy up for the night in camps, and enjoy a bonfire under the stars (weather permitting) 🔥✨
Morning: Adventure Activities
Wake up to the sounds of nature in East Khasi Hills 🌿 Choose your thrill: Cliff jumping, Ziplining, Kayaking or simply relax by the river (activities at own cost)
Mid-Day: Krang Suri Waterfall
Head to Krang Suri Waterfall – swim in its magical blue pool (yes, it really is THAT blue!)
Afternoon: Return to Shillong
Dry off, relax, and drive back to Shillong for your overnight stay.
Morning: Breakfast & Departure
After breakfast, begin your journey back to Guwahati Airport (4–5 hours)
